so i will re-check the value next week
dusty is normal. mine also. but thats good. i think i can reduce dust in the air at my room *maybe* im using surface skimmer to suck them all every evening, just about 5-10 minutes. then surface will be clean again actually ive not make a water change in.. 2-3 weeks i think. only topup water using tap water + anti chlorine or RO water sometimes. that co2 system using atm pressure in the water and the gas to make it solub. im using that system. but since i dont have any co2 checker, then i donno how much co2 in my tank. to check it good or not.
coz i donno if the water with co2 is go seperated to all over the tank or not. i cant check it by visual since there is no buble. i refill the diffuser once a day. update. i just make water change today. about 50%. coz the water is tanning, the nitrate level is so high. rite now about 10-20ppm. i think its good enuf for planted i put the water until about <1cm to the top. so my question is. it is save? in term of suicide attempt. QUOTE(kurikuraX @ Feb 28 2013, 03:34 PM) mind to share how normally you did that? is it soaked in high-salt-contains water enough? I afraid if i missed on the egg part i never do that just rinse with tap water. coz i purposely put that snail to the tank, just manage the numbers.if there is numbers of snail in ur tank, than use a bit of cabbage leaf, stick to the inner wall of the tank to lure them out and u can remove lot of them after that. instead to pick them out one by one This post has been edited by syafiq_lomotech: Feb 28 2013, 03:38 PM |

submerge with activated carbon is essential when u have invertebrates coz the pesticide that maybe being used or the fert that have something that shrimp are not well with them.
but for only planted or fish only i donno if have huge advantage, but its a good practice |
