i wonder maxis cs said tomorrow all customers can walk in to buy outright?seem they prepared a lot of stock,meanwhile those who ROI still dont get the phone..

Drastic measure as in i terminate my line, pay the penalty and port to another telco drastic measures. Personally i dont like it but i dont have any other way

how much stock they have for the 64GB? i just called CS and he told me to go to the store directly. cannot reserve for other colors except for gold.

I was at KLCC Maxis during lunch. They have stocks for silver 16gb, the rest of the models i didn't ask. Anyway i did not get it coz need to queue 30-40mins

Yeah, by just standing at the counter you can actually see countless people coming in and asking the SAME question, "IPHONE 5S GOT AR?". Couldnt blame the CS there getting bored and tired.

Yesterday maxis suddenly call me and asking when i wanna collect 32gb gold iphone in klcc which already prebooked. The funny thing is i already collect it last week. 

Was walking around Pavilion today and decided to drop by Maxis to check on the iPhone. Got stock for 16G but the system offline, so they can't do anything.....so guess my upgrade will need to wait....

I was told gold colour probably need to wait till end of this month :/

I'm not sure what games Maxis is playing with their customers. Quite upset with the whole shenanigan to be honest.

Just a recap on whats been happening. A very long whiny post about Maxis.

2 weeks prior to launch, i received 7-8 mails from Maxis to sign up for the 5s (MOC priv)
I sign up and received no further notification.
Launch week rolls by but i don't receive any news or SMS regarding my booking.
I used to work in in the Postpaid team in Maxis and was also part of the 4S launch in KLCC so i knew my chance of getting one without a reservation would be pointless so i didn't bother till this week.

Yesterday, I decided to be a bit proactive so i go to Maxis TTDI and the guy at the counter says no stock and no reservation
I call up 123 and they say TTDI got stock and can reserve, so i reserve.

So, was passing TTDI today and i walked in again (hoping for good luck like some of the other forummers), but the same guy says no stock. I also asked about the discrepancy between himself and the call centre regarding the booking.

Suddenly, he changes his mind and asks me if i wanna be put on the waiting list.

Seriously. What the hell?
