I was called for collection; who knows they allocate wrong model. The wait has to start again.

yup i found that digi has like damn a lot of stocks

i did the ROI and registered with them as well.
I switched from Digi :/

But the CS told me that the other method i could try is walk in by 9am or as early as possible as they will give the stock to walk in customer too despite waiting list.

I was at Garden Maxis. There is one Malay guy wanted to check the 64GB stock for me but stopped by a young lady saying that walk in customer can only get 16GB. Obviously they have 64GB stock. Ironically this lady is holding a 5S gold. I'm wtf and call the 123 f* him for 15 min and I demand him to call me back by evening!

She was talking to other customer. The CS is sub standard but we as a customer must behave up to standard. But I would say that they are driving us nowhere. Lousy customer service I would say. To those who hunt, go ahead to try your luck!

Maxis sutera mall and city square got their stock for silver color 16gb...just get one unit black from sutera mall....the last unit
