For those planning to "Walk In" and try your luck on the 31st October or 1st November to Maxis centers to get your iphone 5s, think again before you make the journey. Read the Twitter on Maxis Listens below and you will understand. Just don't waste your time queuing for nothing and head on to the other resellers and telcos coz there will be NONE for non ROI and MOC customers BEFORE the 11th of November. YES I Repeat 11th OF NOVEMBER 2013.


Just dont want you guys to go queue up blindly for nothing. Take Note.

There's always the possibility of the customer service saying one thing and then when you go to maxis center, they say another thing. I hope Maxis will honour the booking privileges given to Maxis One Club members.

Well, looks like they're not going to be doing a launch event for the iPhone 5s and priority is given to existing customers who are Maxis One Club members who booked their phones and also probably their corporate customers.

Just got a feedback tweet from MaxisListen, the plan will only be revealed when the phone is launch tomorrow. WTF!!!

I think there is no assurance. Only way to find out is to ask your dealer. Maxis Centres doesn't have the practice of booking with a deposit.

Going to ask later...if cannot comfirm,will get back deposit n go to Mac City...

Maxis going lose lots of customers if they starts selling on 11 Nov as celcom n Digi doing mid night launch

Well, since stocks are very limited, I think Maxis are giving the priority to their VIPs / MOC / Those that receive the email of booking for ROI.

when u book? i have book my on 11/10/13, only receive and prebooking confirmation, but not receive 2nd email to collect.. very angry about maxis now, paying all maxis service (home fiber, mobile etc) every month RM530+ but my name not there..

what they lost is the new customers because they did not get the chance to book from Maxis
