when u book? i have book my on 11/10/13, only receive and prebooking confirmation, but not receive 2nd email to collect.. very angry about maxis now, paying all maxis service (home fiber, mobile etc) every month RM530+ but my name not there..

i'm using 2 x home fiber, 2 x main line (use 2years already), 2 x supp line, 1 x ipad line, all mobile not sign any contract from day 1.. only 1pad with 2years and home fiber 2years.. but nothing...

my first mobile line with maxis since 1995 but with the poor service and rates, i MNP ALL 7 lines on 2008 and 2years ago i MNP 2lines as principal line back to Maxis. and start using all the other service since 2years ago..

worst marketing gimmick.. they only want publicity... they don't care all about..

after this post,, all 5S out of stock already.. left 5C, but need to get new number.. no a good way.. new user can get 2-3days, old user still in waiting list and don't know when can get it..

I have booking online yesterday 9pm and can select deliver date on 7/11/13 for 32gb gold 5s with new no until the last payment step and I didn't proceed further. Cause I want maintain my current no.
Maxis only interested high usage customer and NEW. . the rest they don't care..since I hv no contract with them, will move to another carrier for 1 year and get the offer instead of wait for maxis..

i'm give my self another 7days to wait.. otherwise will port to Celcom..was ROI on 11 Oct 9am with 5S 32GB Gold and got confirmation email reply, but as at today..nothing..

i'm having 3 carrier postpaid simcard and using it all the time.. (Digi, Maxis, celcom), when use maxis at Mid valley, maxis can't get LTE, only show u 3G but only get 0.5mb speed.. when at Garden got Maxis LTE and most of the time getting less then 10mb and some time getting 12mb,
i'm using Digi with 3G, at Garden can get 3mb to 5mb ofcause at Mid valley getting less then 1mb, for use on mobile device, 3mb to 5mb is good enough already.
at Sri kembangan i only get 1bar where celcom and digi got 3bar with 3g and maxis only E..complaint long time go and only reply saying by next year will got a base station up at Sri Kembangan area.
and most of the time at KL to Seremban highway celcom is best, 2nd is digi and last is maxis. some time only get "G"(GPRS) where the other 2 can get 3G most of the time. i needed a good mobile data service on my usuage, but found Maxis is worst compare the other 2.
maybe most of the area i'm going is not for maxis. but i still remain all 3 carrier....

i have port to digi and got my iphone 5S 32GB at Digi Garden last saturday, many stock available there. and port another to celcom as well...may be maxis don't care, but i got what i want..

Just went ecurve and got my 64gb gold. 32gb no more. 16gb got 2. This updated info is about 3pm just now.

i just walk in and ask for 5s gold 32gb, they have no stock but got 16 & 64 gold then i decide go for 64gb with 1year contract. i'm not MOC but i don't need pay advance payment. maybe i got few line with them and no outstanding payment. got it within 20min at 3pm today.

the no i'm sign up the plan is less then 1year, but i have other no with them more then 1year.
