You see that the thing. You heard it is better.
I also heard but I am still confuse what the difference an expensive milk compare to those lower price milk. Is it because it contents more nutrien for etc DHA, so the infant or kid will become smarter?

Ya, my MIL strongly suggest it too n said she oso gave S26 to my husband.

Now i m considering nestle, my husband's fren tested a lot of the milk himself n concluded tat it is not as sweet as others...n cheap too, so v might consider it.....

I always give Snow Step 2 for my lo and now changing to Step 3.
Price is RM50.95 at Speed 99 for 900g. Suddenly think not cheap anymore cause last time I compare Enflac A+ which is very expensive with Snow.
Now compare Enflagro Step 3, there is 1.7kg which offer price about RM90 - RM92. Looks like cheaper than Snow Step 2 which if 900x2 will cost Rm110...

I dont see anyone mentioning Anmum here? Im son is consuming breast milk + Anmum Infra Care Step 1.

We feed Anmum occasionally to gradually wean her off the breast, so far so good...

So far been hearing bad things about S26. My friend fed her baby S26 once and remain constipated for 10 days. baby is abt 4 months.

I think most important is if your LO is ok with drinking it, no allergy and no constipation.....then by all means stick to it....

Every step of milk powder is different price.. step 3 milk is for 1yo and above thus the ingredients in the milk is lesser as compared to step 1 and 2.. thus the differences of the price... step 1 & 2 is for infants below 1yo, which requires them to have more nutrients so much more higher price

NAN is a good brand for infant milk. My daughter drink NAN since 6months old. It is good for your baby's intel development too. Proven as my daughter can speak early and can read at 2 years old.

Great for her then...

Anyway, I think if you find a brand suitable for your LO, just stick to it. Every baby and milk powder brand is different, though the contents are about the same.

Why not Pediasure? Rm140 for 1.8kg .. Damn expensive !!
My daughter is doing quite well in her spelling, ejaan, mandarin's spelling, reading + understanding books,
communication(5w1h) for the past 2-3 years in pre-school(kindergarden). Not sure it is due to milk powder,
as the breastmilk only lasted supply for a month only..No choice to fork out expensive milk to substitute partial
breast milk's role? Appetite for other foods and constipation bowel are ok..

Soy isoflavone has been known to disrupt hormone balance and reduce the sperm court. It mimic estrogens in the body also. As a man/boy these xenohormones can match up with the receptor sites that testosterone is supposed to go and create hormonal havoc. I personally feel it's just too risky for boy to drink soy.

There are numerous studies and findings on this issue. One of them is http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1865055...Pubmed_RVDocSum

Yes.. Soy is not good for MEN ( Sperm Concentrate/Count ) based on the R n D by campus ..
But, it is not for the infants/boy in this milk powder case, as SOY Milk also got its benefits too hmm.gif
