As you are staying in SS what will be your budget for moving in ? Buying new HD TV, new sofa, refrigerator etc.

For those who have managed to go to 7th floor I was told that the KL view from there is fantastic and not forgetting the Olympic Size Pool ! ( I have seen the photo).

I have been there, honestly, only if you don't look down at the old shop, then the view is good.

Hopefully by end of december. 😊

Not much budget. Since we have a kid now, will go for "minimalist" budget and design. Hoping for not more than 10k perhaps? 😭

Yeah true also. But then, anything when we look down doesn't look good anyways. 😂😂😂😂

Friend share some photo with us once you have completed your renovation. Do not worry about your minimalist budget. Anyway there are still 2 more months ie Nov & Dec to save extra money for your renovation before handling over the keys.

At least the park green view is not bad la, but i m not sure if any unit has balcony facing that direction.

Anyway i think this is a good project. Hopefully the surrounding of shamelin can be improved.

This is a super good idea the old shop is really a pain

I noticed those old shops looks kinda "creepy" at night.. the whole rows of shops were closed at night and was extremely silent..

Some empty shop. Look creepy. Nite can avoid going there.
Only pak kin pat sun cafe there more lively..

the surrounding old shopps spoils everything.

it won't be too dark. shamelin star will be the 'shining' star and light up the area. mamak restaurant and papa rich are a few blocks away if they are still open. haven't been there for some time.

yes.. saw the pat kin pat sun café area is more lively.. but the few rows next to it is really creepy like literally nobody at all....

Those behind lagi creppy at nite . Hope developer can request more street lights to brighten up. 2017 budget have allocation for street lites. Hehe
