We're looking for a bigger unit, and after comparing between the two, we prefer SS.  And I have a hunch that given the lower entry price of Sky Residence, most of the buyers will be investors who want to rent their units out to whoever is working at the city and nearby plus the students studying at the nearby colleges/universities. There won't be that many own stay buyers there. |

Maybe you can wait until there is a fire sale like what one member have been mentioning will happen soon for this condo.  |

(fr my unit location) but not sure if unit is rented out or owner occupied ! However, few units I can confirm owner staying - as the lighting installed are better ! |
