Did you write the PPPoE username correctly?Just in case, go back to WAN > Internet Connection: then check if your username is written like this: "example@unifi"
Once you've written everything correctly, click Apply
Then go to LAN > IPTV > Select ISP Profile > Unifi Business / UniFi Home
*If you don't use the UniFi TV set top box, you can use the UniFi Business profile
Once you've chosen the correct ISP profile, click Apply
