QUOTE(taiping... @ Apr 5 2017, 04:11 PM) I would suggest avoid peanuts, Dairy & whatever that inflames your eczema If it's healed & you take those stuffs that can trigger your eczema, it'll trigger again unless your auto immune system has improved Till you are completely healed It's kinda like an allergy, just avoid stuffs that triggers it. Usually it's due to food, but some people gets triggered by detergent, dust, environment etc. |

Me too taking Vitamin C, but in tablet form 500mg. 2 times a day if I remember take at night. You drink 1000mg? I'm thinking whether go for the allergy test, but it is costly. QUOTE(luvjim @ Apr 6 2017, 10:09 AM) I still eat them thoughEggs & dairy But minimal amount BTW, Just wanna let you know, the vitamin C solution does not last long. As in, once you brew it (Mix the tablet with water), you can't keep it for loong because vitamin C breaksdown with light or heat (I'm not sure whether you know this) But just a heads up For me, i make my vitamin C serum fresh always |

Hi all, I went to Ting Skin Specialist about a month ago for my acne problem, but I was consulted with Dr. Yap, I dont mind who's the doctor is actually.
I was prescribed with antibiotic, cleanser, toner, acne cream and scar cream. Now almost a month i took the antibiotic(1month) and cleanser, acne and scar cream are too small and I finished it less than 3 weeks. I don't see the antibiotik is working on me to reduce the acne breakouts after consume it almost 1 month. Anybody here have experience consume antibiotic and how long will you see the result ? Hari Raya is approching and I so worried that my face condition still the same. and im in 30's and still have major breakouts..!! arrgghhh... |
