I would suggest avoid peanuts, Dairy & whatever that inflames your eczema

Till you are completely healed

If it's healed & you take those stuffs that can trigger your eczema, it'll trigger again unless your auto immune system has improved sweat.gif
It's kinda like an allergy, just avoid stuffs that triggers it. Usually it's due to food, but some people gets triggered by detergent, dust, environment etc.

I had it for a year too...

It took me 1 month to fully recover with vitamin C

We might hav different immune system

So, kinda estimated 1 year having it = 1 month to recover with vitamin C (For me)

For you i'm not sure...

Good Luck!

I'm using Cebion

They have promotion quite often

in Guardian

I drink it every morning also

1 tablet = RM0.50

Redoxen is too expensive for me for daily consumption

I'm trying to reverse the damage of my skin i've been neglecting for years.

I still eat them though

Eggs & dairy

But minimal amount

BTW, Just wanna let you know, the vitamin C solution does not last long.

As in, once you brew it (Mix the tablet with water), you can't keep it for loong

because vitamin C breaksdown with light or heat (I'm not sure whether you know this)

But just a heads up

For me, i make my vitamin C serum fresh always

Totally understand

I put off putting vitamin C for a while last time cause of the sting

Well, if the antibiotics helps, keep putting vitamin C i say

It will heal in time

Have to be patient

Vitamin C are antioxidants. They are easily oxidized when exposure to air and water. Hence we need to consume it once you have diluted it into water or somewhat.

Hi all, I went to Ting Skin Specialist about a month ago for my acne problem, but I was consulted with Dr. Yap, I dont mind who's the doctor is actually.

I was prescribed with antibiotic, cleanser, toner, acne cream and scar cream.
Now almost a month i took the antibiotic(1month) and cleanser, acne and scar cream are too small and I finished it less than 3 weeks.

I don't see the antibiotik is working on me to reduce the acne breakouts after consume it almost 1 month.

Anybody here have experience consume antibiotic and how long will you see the result ?

Hari Raya is approching and I so worried that my face condition still the same. and im in 30's and still have major breakouts..!! arrgghhh...
