QUOTE(zaff1984 @ Jun 2 2017, 04:38 PM) Hi all, I went to Ting Skin Specialist about a month ago for my acne problem, but I was consulted with Dr. Yap, I dont mind who's the doctor is actually. I was prescribed with antibiotic, cleanser, toner, acne cream and scar cream. Now almost a month i took the antibiotic(1month) and cleanser, acne and scar cream are too small and I finished it less than 3 weeks. I don't see the antibiotik is working on me to reduce the acne breakouts after consume it almost 1 month. Anybody here have experience consume antibiotic and how long will you see the result ? Hari Raya is approching and I so worried that my face condition still the same. and im in 30's and still have major breakouts..!! arrgghhh... Every few years I have to repeat a course of Doxycycline antibiotic. USually 2 weeks- 1 month for me. But bear in my mind my acne is very mild (on a scale of 1-10, i'm probably at a 1, 1.5). I have two stubborn pimples on my bottom cheeks on both sides, that peels, lasers and facials do not seem to work. Geram.

Doctors are needed for diagnosis, you can look for your own remedies.

Wow, its been awhile since the last time I'm on forum/chat like this. nothing extreme, it just I got pimples around my jaw line. half of it I can cover with my hijab, but I don't feel comfortable with my skin. it leaves dark spots too I think I'll go to the dr ting clinic.

If it’s for pimples, the doctor will give you antibiotics & accutane. You may want to read more about those two for pimples & consider whether you’re willing to face the side effects or not first.
