But iPad Mini is using NanoSim while iPhone 4 is using MicroSim. How to activate the number on NanoSim

to activate whatsapp, is not using the sim card. it's by using your phone number.

Yes, you need iPhone as the installation will use iphone whatsapp app.

It can be done.

But must have such tools or application to backup the mobile android and install to android tablet.

Yes can be done two different number for each device.

My personal experience with 2 different numbers on iPhone 4 and iPad Mini:

For the first step,
to activate the number on iPad Mini (NanoSim), you'll need a NanoSim device capable of receiving SMS (iPad can't, sorry),

OR

using a NanoSim>MicroSim adapter and put the sim card into your iPhone to receive the activation code



The rest of the steps just follow TS instructions.

P.S. I borrowed my friend's iPhone 5 for receiving the activation code

if the answer for 1 is YES mean dont need use UDIDfaked ?

Do not need to fake the udid stuff. Bcoz whatsapp change their password method bcoz some hackers crack down the udid and exploit the spam SMS. You can google it.
