QUOTE(ashwin988 @ Feb 18 2013, 12:38 PM) Which nokia care? My cousin's lumia 620 has been sent in to the warranty center as well. Basically her mother board has given way and they said that she should be receiving it by this week. I sent it to Nokia Ampcorp as its the easiest for me. Nokia Amcorp Mall. Mine has the multi touch problem. Called them and they said the part will arrive in march. I'm seriously pissed. I only have the phone for like 10 days and I'm being made to wait for so long. This is even after escalating the issue. EDIT: Initially they said two weeks which I was very unhappy about because it's clearly a hardware glitch. It's been more than four weeks now. Of course, a proper PR move would be to replace your faulty unit rather than fixing, but I guess it was Nokia Malaysia being stupid.

I'm not against repairing if it takes like 3 or 4 days, but c'mon it's been more than a month now. This is downright atrocious. Very disappointed.

QUOTE(Naka7a @ Feb 19 2013, 12:11 PM) pictures i received was saved into "Saved Pictures" but no trace of videos received... Videos wont be saved, will only be saved on the chat itself. This is because of the limitation of the WP8 OS if im not mistaken

QUOTE(thesun @ Feb 19 2013, 03:51 PM) if u cant take it out, how to upload to skydrive... you know one thing, in whatsapp you click on your chat with a person. click the "..." at the bottom and click "info", then swipe to the left/right you can see all your videos/pictures that you have shared and vice versa with the person you chatted with.
