as far as I concern, push notifications are sent by Microsoft server. so does this mean all instant messaging also impacted?
or is there any app that receive notification on time everytime? |

initial impression is that it is much smoother compare to the old one, no laggy so far. not sure about the notification yet.

Last time must wait few seconds.. Can count the images on the green whatsapp wallpaper.. |

facebook beta is updated as well do check it out ( no changelog but this app is getting better from time to time)

Although no more double notification bug for whatapps, but the sound notification not very reliable, sometime got, sometime don't had

One thing i notice though is whatapps now appear as background task on Windows Phone 8, so now you can block whatapps running on background via settings>applications>background task.
Now battery life should be improved, since it no longer hogging the Music API to stay alive. |
