just bought Lumia 820 from Nokia Store at Plaza Lowyat. How do I know if I am on Portico? coz the build says 8.0.10211.204 ?

guys, I have this weird issue. Copied 1GB++ MP3 into my microSD card. Now, the volume of the MP3 song is too soft. However, the sound works fine on Youtube or any other sound?

Any suggestion??

I bought L820 last week from Nokia Store and it has Portico preinstalled. Perhaps you can bring your phone to Nokia Center and they may be able to install it for you

Guys, I want to know if I can pay via PayPal? Reason is I set my region to US. Can I enter fake American address? So lazy to change region to MY as need to restart phone.

am about to update my 820 using Nokia Software Updater for Retail 2.0.6...is it safe to do this?

it already gave me a warning that all my data will be wiped...

me too..kinda happy with my L820 coz of the screen is AMOLED..prefer it over 920 screen..however, not really happy with h the internal storage as there's a few games that requires huge space of data

Really disappointed..my wife's L920 now cannot slide up to unlock. The screen not responding at all.

now waiting for the battery to finish so that i can do the hard reset (volume up, volume down, power button, volume down).

if it doesn't work, i guess have to send to service center..haih
