if the customs held that long, there can only be one reason: they have not finish watching your bds yet; especially the 3-in-1 combo one!  sorry, that didn't help. 

ok, there's nothing much you can do since you paid for a standard shipping; well... you pay peanuts you get monkeys!    but then again, it's a good thing. since you chose the cheapest mode why bother going through the hassle calling here & there... and if customs held your parcels but failed to inform you, then it is not your problem, right?

ok... it is your problem because you already paid for it. so when the waiting period given by amazon dues, just inform them that you did not receive them still. they'll give you an option of refund or make a replacement order. so just request for a replacement order... that's it, irregardless whether it did arrive in m'sian shore or not. with priority aka courier you can't because they can track its whereabouts. for most times, they'll use expedited shipping without charging you extra fee this time. the only drawback is that you have to start playing the waiting game once again. 

my best record so far for standard shipping was 6 days from amazon US, and that's not from a peak season/period. the worst was 2 months and 3 weeks!!! 

I have been playing the waiting game with Amazon UK since December 2012 for a single BD via standard shipping. Even the replacement is late, just lodged a complaint for a 2nd replacement, imagine it's now February already.
As for the Amazon US BDs, i am really tempted to ask for a refund, but i got those BDs for cheaps, so feel 'loss' a bit if i let go. Yet the waiting... it's killing me.
I really do think that somewhere along the line of shipment, someone might have just conveniently kept the BD for themselves since there is no tracking.
The only positive i get from this experience is learning the ins and outs of international shipping from all sifus here.
Anyhow, thanks for sharing your experience. Your 2 months and 3 weeks wait is really "encouraging" 

For your info, both standard shipping from Amazon US either MSI or I-Parcel will be delivered by Pos Malaysia. If 1 or 2 title only, they will deliver to your delivery address but if it's bigger box, then they will leave you a note to pick up from post office.

I-Parcel used to be very slow in delivery previously but seems they've improved. My last purchases during BF was delivered using MSI which's extremely slow. Sometime exceed estimated delivery a week or two..

i m just curious how in the bloody heck must the local censorship kepoh with our imported bluray???even if there r many unsuitable scenes,,,how will they able 2 cut out from the disc anyway???i just cant brain this crap

Shipped via Amazon US 18/12/12. Failed to arrive 1/2/2013. Complaint lodged 10/2/2013, money refunded 16/2/2013. They didn't even offer to send replacement copy. Total wait ~2months, i got nothing. Really "potong stim"...

i believe amazon can trace the package...clearly its shipped to Malaysia but failed to deliver to customer. (for "wateva" reasons)

U are right. Customs didn't hold my packages for long, the release dates stamped were early. But i hate it that they actually opened up the packaging to see what is inside. What's the point? It's not like they are able to do anything even if its a porno disc.
The problem was with our local pos malaysia. Just couldn't count on them.

If it is porn disc, their will confiscate.  But the problem is can their identify it? 

Years ago, when I just start order from Amazon US, at one occation, I ordered 2 BDs.

One of the BD, the cover have very sexy girl but that disc actually is Yoga disc not a porn disc.

But another disc look like very normal cover but is actually banned in many countries include our country and can considered as porn disc if based on most people judgement.

Customs officers did inspect my parcel but their only concern and inspect that Yoga disc and I saw finger print in Yoga disc but never touch another real porn disc.  At the end, their still release my parcel to me without confiscate any disc.
