ok, here's something new from amazon customer service regarding my recently BF order that i want to share with you guys. one of my 3 parcels did not arrive (as of writing this post) since 19th december which was its estimated delivery date. i wrote to amazon yesterday and within few hours they replied and offer me a preference whether i want a full refund on the missing parcel (that's about USD$33!) or a replacement order.

i replied and i chose a refund and within minutes of my email, the refund has been processed in my account! and on top of that, they even offer me a one-time exception if i still want to place order on those items where they will pay for its shipping fee.... now how's that for an exceptional standard customer service, huh...!!

Tats why shops like Speedy can survive - Instant Gratification is always a boon ; who wants to wait 4 wks when u can hold in ur hand when u buy..

Now if only they were selling em cheaper..
In tat light, Indian retailers sell their local productions a lot cheaper [ in comparison ] than our speedy-type shops ; why dont our local retailers do tat - I had to pay RM29 plus for the local movie, The Journey sumtime bck n it was SD . In comparison, India sells their local flicks[SD DVD too] for less than RM10 [equivalent ]

Let ur TV do the scaling ..
plus for de budget of 1k - if u were to find such a player ; at best is tat u get a mediocre chipset for its upscaler..

A medium range decent player [ bdp only ] like oppo 103 is already in the 2k's .. 1k will get u...??
