I was infrom from the amz. tracking that the parcel arrived at klia n being held by kdn. Is it the normal kdn system or is it as said waiting to be tax or so on.tq

The last tracking date is10.12.14 but its with kastam or kdn i check it later bcos now i am confuse bro

The tracking from amz. staeted clear from kastam on 10-12-14 n from ups amz. n for local delivery
they use pos laju with tracking no. but until now still no news

Review for all these 3 movies are not that good. 

Not sure why they need to used such thick case for 3 discs only.  This casing can fit 7 to 8 discs easily.

Actually is all happened in US.  Both instances, the shipment only shown "shipment information received" then, no further news.  You will know this parcel is missing if it stay like this for 2 days after all,  this is priority shipping.  Usually I will wait until 1 to 2 days before estimated delivery date, then just right love letter to Amazon CS, they response is fast one, will ask you want refund or replace. 

The problem, I believe, is DHL staff omitted to scan that missing parcel's information into they system or totally forget to pick up that parcel. 

I complained twice already that my parcel is late about 10 days . How come they dint offer me replacement or refund -.- another order also due today . Both CS asked me to wait next month  Can teach me how you write your love letter ? 

Yeap, basically don't argue with them and just act innocent.

Try to use email only, they will usually reply with standard format answer, just like copy and paste.

Try to deal with them during 9am to 12pm our local time, during this period, your question usually answer by CS from India not US.  CS from US is usually not too kind and more strictly apply the rules.  Indian CS is very friendly on the other hand.
