Hi all sifus, my camera bag is growing fungus(I think the main reason is kena some spill in a party), so any effective way to stop the fungus grow again after i cleaned it? Luckily my lens&body didn't kena.

there's a big difference for me. in terms of clarity and details. and then u have the a99's EVF which is slightly better than a77. and for me i use iso3200 all the time eventhough people claim its a tad worse than the a57. but how are those people comparing anyway? at full resolution?

i'm always cool.. if i didn't spark the twisted statement.. u may not having the answer..
but prejudged ppl not read before comment is unwarranted..

btw.. no need too technical.. i didn't say this good this not good.. try yourself and see whether it suits your shooting style...

i just got my 3rd child today.. that's more important.. and i know.. any camera will do just find to capture her moment..

the a99 is about the same but its much less noisier at low light. u should try and have a look one day.

guy, if i bought a variable ND filter 77mm to my 72mm SAL1650SSM, I should get the step up or step down ring? It look confuse to me as I do not know this should start from lens to body diameter or vice versa.

Nobody put a picture to 100% and go pixel peeping except for gearheads with nothing else better to do or people legitimately trying to do research on the noise level on a sensor.

If you resize to screen or web viewing, you hardly see the noise. Even you print 4R also hardly see the noise. Why so afraid?

Every time I go shoot at trade fairs I am using ISO 1000 at least. Go dig up my posts and see if the noise bothers you or not?

That's called checking focus.. not pixel peeping. Pixel peeping means you specifically find dark areas and then go "Ooohh... look! Noise! Arrghhhh!!! Help! I'm allergic to noise!!" 

When checking focus you look to see if picture is sharp or not and you don't actually look for noise.

I did sold my 16-80CZ and go to 16-105. Surprisingly the sharpness of 16-105 is better than 16-80CZ.
Today I still keep this 16-105 even though I have bring in 16-50/2.8.
This is a very good lens for travel ... wide + weight.

my say would be to avoid the a380. a230/a330/a380 series is not as good as the other alphas. nuff said. The sensor is just now up to par, not to forget the funny looking grip which will make ur hand painful after long hours of use.

Plus, the body is a little bit too small to actually balance with tele lenses. Lack of buttons, no AEL (if i am not mistaken). It is a very very very basic camera with bad sensor and ISO performance.

How I know it? My experience of owning an a230 when I first started photography. Ended up selling it off after 5 months, losing almost half it's value and I settle for older model, the a300 which is much much better than a230.

I know some people gonna bash me if I continue to talk about those few models, but my advice is, skip it. You can find cheaper a200/a300/a550 which are way better and can last you longer before your urge to upgrade kicks in.

Holding an a230/a330/a380 is like holding a toy camera.

i place order for 77mm VND, to be used on 1650SSM 72mm, I ordered 77mm to 72mm step down ring, this is correct right... worry order wrong size...

can i attach variable ND on top a marumi UV filter, will it create any weird or abnormal effect in my photo shoot...?
