to be fair, in the past, redemption business tickets are also all d class...

i have currently 170k+ miles, and more than 1/2 mil treats points...i think i may consider kf or am from now on....

i can only see z class both ways, and hence cannot see points redemption....rm5745 return...

if based on the 17miles/rm it should work out to 98k miles....

D class can redeem... problem is, the new system does not display options, just the cheapest class....will check later...

d class out, c class back, 106k miles plus rm148....

strange....they changed the system again...instead of showing price in money, now they default show in miles....with no option to part pay with cash...

p/s...there is now a new choice at the first page, to either use miles or miles and cash...

pp/s...there is still always a cash part, for the airport taxes which cannot be paid with miles....works out to rm400+ for mel...about half of what was charged before....ie the only thing changed is the fuel surcharge component is gone and replaced by more miles....

The new 330 j class seat is ok lah...just that the staggered design waste a lot of space, and the foot space is very narrow when flatten, making it difficult to move and turn your feet when sleeping, especially if you have big feet, or wear your shoes....at least it now lies flat, unlike the previous design which is angled....

That must be some time ago, as they retired the 777s more than a year ago...

Never had any issues with mas business class before...

Maybe I have low expectations...

They "upgraded" their app....and now it's pretty useless..,. cannot check in, cannot edit or store personal information, unlike the previous app....

yes, the new system, both desktop and mobile are poorly designed....and lost a fair bit of functionality....

but i think it's work in progress....it should improve....the amadeus system is pretty good, i hope mas eventually will maximise it's functionality....including ability to book code share and oneworld flights....

i also noted they have removed the z fare from all their flights...not sure why....

The redemption is useless, the app is useless....

like many, i am undecided where to convert my treatspoints....even with the 10% bonus promotion, the devaluation of enrich miles makes it extremely unattractive....but on the other hand, both asiamiles and krisflyer have problems with lack of availability....hai...

the only plus point about enrich is there are usually redemption seats available, unlike asiamiles and kf, where it's mostly sold out or waitlist....

You can redeem tickets for family with your account....no need transfer miles....

Yes....but I don't find cash+miles worth it for j class redemption....

Cash + miles is not too bad for y....but it's not worth redeeming y generally....you get best bang for your miles with j....

Elite miles only when you fly on mas metal....
