Avantas really selling at premium now. i still remember early this year received the sms for private viewing at scott garden whereby the office was very simple and hidden facing the ammb direction. Only about 30 selected units were available for booking at that point of time. Model was up and looked very simple. It was rm?/sf i cant remember but with 5% discount.....they were testing market. .... now im speechless on the pricing for that tinny area to build a condo. Malaysia boleh!

Avantas is riding on Tmn Desa popularity and nearer to Midvalley.... the area is way too small in my opinion. Who am i to comment on space n design, hope it turns out super fine to bring more value to the area. More ONG to our nearby properties.

can't find a lot of info regarding the developer - cpiland. Their 1st project - so quite afraid to take the risk and buy. Am interested tho. location seems nice. But quite pricey - any sifus here with opinions? Am looking to buy to stay.
