From what I understand, it's only a proposed step to curb speculation. I believe the current measures that were launched last year are good enough to curb speculation, anything more will really dampen the market. By the way, good progress at the site. Anyone been to Avantas unit dy? workmanship quite bad...for the unit. For the facilities kinda looks good. For the price with this workmanship, this developer got much improvement to do..
