Hi. Where is their showroom at Scott Garden?
I went to Scott Garden to find last Saturday but couldn't find.

I called the agents on the iproperty, but they seem busy or what, and didn't answer my call.

* Finally got the office number. Only 1 unit available, 1249sf @ RM900k.
The showroom is on top of Wong Kok cafe, Scott Garden.

haha. maybe they think the development sit on tmn desa land.
anyway, seputeh 9 also asking RM700psf, petalz residences RM690 psf.
the most amazing one is none other than BKP's the verve (former alamanda college), which is asking RM1100++ psf. lolz.

hehe. but do the banks dare to give such value or not even if it is after 3-4 years later. lolz.
