it is written there to register via Reapfields, not sure which developer is that... u can see it as you pass by OKR, from MV towards Puchong, just few meters away on your left before u see scott gardens on your right...

I did called about this.. I heard is at least rm 700 psf. correct me if im wrong.

its OKR not Jalan Puchong, very close by MV, i guess it is still within Taman Desa, not too sure though

May I know who is the developer?

I think this is the first project from this developer.
if not mistaken 190+ units.
smallest unit from 700 sqf. 1 bedroom type.
location is very good. entrance from old klang road.
but the land actually is consider taman desa? correct me if I'm wrong.
if kl south is asking bout 700psf, this 1 could be BBB.
