Details of the complaint :

Here's the story.

I open 50 slots for registration of MAXIS DATA PLAN today. The price is promotion price hence RM180 for both plan (68 and 99) with FREE postage and NO deposit needed.

Then i got a PM from him


I think about it and try to work out sth, so I reduce the slots to 30 slots. But then, that fella seems not satisfied yet and still PM me. I didnt reply any of the PM. 2 PMs i got from him



Then the latest PM i got is


What is wrong with you -w@kau-- ?

As i stated in my thread, its oni PROMOTION, 30 SLOTS available only. Why do you want me to change the price. I'm selling mine, you are selling yours.

Anyone can explain this?

Did I do sth wrong by giving promotion price? (Only 30 slots, later price back to normal)

Nothing wrong for the price since it is under PROMOTION with LIMITED SLOT. Every seller have the right to do promotion.

Anyway, i dun think he can lose much due to your promotion. No way all of the customers buying your LIMITED SLOT will go for his offer instead if your promotion is cancelled.
Oh those PMs is like URGING YOU to cancel the promotion without rude words.

Do other seller(s) complain at you as well? If no, just ignore his PM.

He asked me whether i have hit my 30 slots or not later and



he told me that HE WILL NOT CARE WHAT I DO NEXT, refer to the screenshot below



but then replied me again with the "THREATENING" PM about pricing

Then again 2nite,



again, I have no idea what's his motive of PM-ing me.

Does any seller out there always receive PMs form other seller to tell you increase your price?

As a potential customer,after I seeing his pm as "being selfish earning as much as possible from customer" It just turns me away. Typical businessman. I will ask my friends to boycott all his sales thread.

wakau, i warned you. Don't go out there telling something that you have no idea about and spread rumors about it.

If your sales is so great and you are so efficient, you don't have to PM other seller's customers.

People will still go to you to register if you do your work well and be honest. (especially about the package 68)

I still can ignore when you send to my potential customer 1st PM, but not the 2nd PM.

Who are you to judge?

There are still sellers which provide lower pricing than me, why don't you go and pm him/her.

Dispute here is that w@kau is telling ddr3 how much to sell and at the same time hijacking ddr3 customers.
I believe that is consider as a dispute....
Anyway from my understanding this section is for all sales dispute....not just for those that have been conned.

Browse through the selling thread of wakau. Few pages only and i have seen more than 10 members registered on Dec 2012. Amongst them are a few with only one post in his selling thread. Points towards nothing but at least the mod should take a look.

Just check "najib" posting history and u can see he only post at w@kau's thread.

It really confirms that he is watching this thread but dare not to say anything of his wrongdoing. Already making dupes, so just hit report button on that dupe and wait for the mod to take action. Hopefully a good ban is in order because we really do not need seller backstabbing others.

TLDR;

Hey bro, You didn't say it officially only doesn't mean you didn't mean it. You did MENTION or TRY TO make ppl think that ddr3 bro is a bad seller, or he's an illegal seller, look at the PM you wrote to the customer.

And why you so busybody to PM ppl? Means you have the intention to HIJACK, or at least you hope or try to HIJACK by saying those. (You can mention by putting this in your thread, or if ppl come and PM you, ask for your opinion, by that time if you hint them, still acceptable.)

I can see that you are very hardworking by PMing many ppl, but attitude is more important then hardworking, hope you can learn from it, by pressing other ppl down to show that you are better looks suck man, that's not gentlemen at all.

Lastly, limited promotion is always the key in business, from what you PM ddr3 bro in the beginning, all of us know that you do business just for money, or money comes first, so I assume that if you don't make any profits, the service you provided won't be good as well.

P.S. Oh ya, pls don't come and quote my comment and say that I'm from buyer position or what so ever, I'm not his customer or close friends, I'm here as an observer or so called busybody, THANK YOU.
