In what way that is illegal? I just can't brain your statement. You don't have to scare his customer away.
Either way, illegal or not, this is none of the customer business. It's only the one that provide the service.
So, what dd3 do or not is totally none of your business. If I was in ddr3 place and you telling me this straight to my face, I would punch your face straight away so you can start to notice how ridiculous you can be.
