Just want to post my new haul today:
I trade my unbuilt 1/144 MC RX-93 Nu Gundoom to snap-built D.M. 1/144 HG Gundam Age-1 Razor with manual and snap-built B**dai 1/144 HG Gundam Harute with box and manual... I got a very good deal right? » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

QUOTE(quengkol @ Apr 30 2013, 08:16 PM) Just want to post my new haul today: Can't comment much about this. If it is nicely built then worth your money, but if it is a crappy built or even have broken part then probably not worth. If I buy a snap built kit, only one reason, that it is a very good deal and I plan to repaint whole kit or customized it. Anyway everyone have their own preference, just snap built kit not my cup of tea. |

QUOTE(quengkol @ Apr 30 2013, 09:17 PM) yeah.i'll definitely not agree with the deal if the snap-built is so crappy and have missing or broken parts... I actually bought 3 MG kits snap fitted recently because of that steep price if I am to get first hand.. honesty speaking it did feel different from one u snap fitted urself and the one that is snap fitted by others and u bought it. I don't have that so call bond and satisfaction when I displayed it in my cabinet. I will eventually take the 3 out and modified it into something else.. This is only for my own personal experiences.. maybe to some its ok. And sorry pal.. I'll get the gundoom over the two kit u get any time.. Hi-Nu is a better build compare to the 2. But again its personal preferences. |

QUOTE(sekngucing @ Apr 30 2013, 10:35 PM) those are very different models.. first of all, mc model hi nu is 1/144 scale.. GoGo's hi nu is the evolve version taken from a resin kit i think, while the gaogao version is a direct copy of the original version..since they're different, it's hard to say which is best.. do u enjoy build quality? do you enjoy details? do you enjoy the normal version, or maybe something different? |

QUOTE(sekngucing @ May 1 2013, 12:05 AM) how about overall? mcmodel is not exactly 1/144 as its taller than normal hg, only slight short than normal mg well officially it's 1/144, but it comes up to almost an MG size.. overall, inner frame aside, the mcmodel one has the best looking details and display options. if you can get the first batch, you'll get the wings and the water slides which will add a lot of details to it.. even without the water slides, the details are very well sculpted.a close second would be the hi nu evo. very nicely designed, very fun build and is taller than the regular hi nu.. the original MG gets last place because, well, it's been done before This post has been edited by HxiiiK: May 1 2013, 10:04 AM |
