u mean daban is bettee than gaogao ?
*
I actually started out practicing gunpla using daban and gao gao kit.. so far only need minor cement (note: may be due to my own incompetent since i am still new). so far the china kit I've build i think the daban 7th sword is freaking awesome.. not sure about the original thought but the 7th sword is the most satisfying non bandai kit so far.. but i have not much problem with my tt hongli wing zero.. just that somehow the rifle just don't stick to the hand.. i believe the original have the same problem.. hmm.gif MC model also had some nice model.. I've build the HG HWS and I enjoyed it.. snapfit without any problem..

What ?! Why need cement ?
*
Some part like maybe the side skirt i find it loss so cement it to prevent it from falling off. maybe its just me because my room is messy, once some small parts drop your never going to find it back.. laugh.gif

the 0 raiser is definitely one to pick up.. but i'd recommend sandrock first since you already pretty much have the 00 gundam kit.. shenlong is one of my least favourites in the wing series so i'm biased tongue.gif
*
Thanks for your advice. Yup, I did enjoyed building the 7th sword and that is the reason why I'm thinking of getting the O raiser. Not very sure if I should grab the MG unicorn, seem like an old kit but I already have the MG sinanju, that make no excuse not to get his rival. drool.gif I'm just worried about the transformation parts since I've never own one before..

why not? I have hand painted my gogo sazabi, HG tallgeese 3, sg sinanju, sd kshatriya, sd shin kanu and sd the O.. I must admit its not as nice as airbrushing work but hell its better than fix and do nothing with it.. btw i have hand painted all of them using laquer paint not knowing its not advisable to do so.. tongue.gif I believe practice make perfect.. never try never know.. a gunpla master told me before there is no fixed guideline on how u fix or paint ur gunpla.. just don't buy an expensive kit and start doing ur experiment unless your super rich.. doh.gif

for painting the inner ammor, must beware of it. if u use Airbrush, overly thinnner will melt the plastic to 2 pieces. Seed series Gundam like justice, impluse, the hand & leg joinment part plastic very thin, it easy to broke.
*
oh i see, I bought an airbrush but have yet to invest on a compressor.. does not wish to start on massive work yet for my gunpla due to hectic final year of my study.. hence most of those model kits that I like will be kept in backlog till i finished my course in the later part of this year. So far those small parts I have used either normal marker or hand painted them. Still considering whether to get a air compressor or a hi-blow airpump to act as a compressor.. Reason to consider using that airpump is due to its low maintenence and less noise although I believe the air pressure is not as high as a normal compressor..

mf_yamato - nice looking inner frame work for your zaku.. I have yet to get hold of a MG zaku.. laugh.gif

I hope I'll get a PG soon but all of my $$ been used up on the kshatriya which may turn out to be a disaster cry.gif definately an impluse buy.. because all along I am aiming for the 1/144 scale one but saw this ad from elyn hobby of the kshatriya with all the LED lights and i immediately pre order doh.gif I hope my limited gunpla scale will not hinder the progress when it finally arrive.. so i guess i may leave it in my backlog till i get more skillful..

Guys , thanks for your advice.
Do u think I should buy a HG gundam or SD gundam to paint it ? ( using spray can )
I watched the video in YouTube already , it's looks like very easy to paint it....
Last question , does a spray can can paint how many gundams ?
Need primer before spray right ? ( I learn from the video )
*
actually different people experiences different result.. honesty speaking i have failed in the spray can department..
my first ever sd kit was sprayed using spray can and i applied too many layers without waiting for it to dry first.
there is no easy way in learning curve.. u need to experience failure then your learn to apply different techniques..
and a guy have told me never to throw away those kit that you deem you failed.. and you continue
learning by painting another one.. from there you can judge how much you progressed.

just used my entry grade for paint testing, i want to get the custom titanium finish lol
-for limyuyang, get the EG grade gunpla for testing, if you are not satisfy, it can be thrown away, only rm 10 per model lol
*
I tried silver leaf plus clear red it doesn't work out. Now i've tried the metal laquer paint and it turn out quite well. So far only used laquer paint before and found it extremely poisonous without a proper mask.. Not gonna further touch on them till i get a proper mask protection.. Safety first, hobby 2nd tongue.gif
