Yes, it stated in there.

* CSR (Customer Service Representative) to advise customers that although the software update is successful, customers need to perform "Change of LTE SIM" & subscribe to Mobile Internet plan at selected Blue Cube to enjoy LTE speed.

Indeed troublesome. sweat.gif shakehead.gif

To change LTE SIM, we have to go to Blue Cube all that. But maxis customers no need to change SIM also can use LTE already mad.gif

Only Menara Celcom and Sunway Pyramid Blue Cube can do this.

For those who did not receive sms, may go to above 2 blue cubes try your luck from tomorrow.

why must we change sim? unless they really want to do with SELECTED customer only because i think they want to have control over the network....for me if they really want to test out just open it all like "M"

Celcom LTE Update: We have just been notified that all Celcom Postpaid customers with a monthly mobile internet plan can upgrade their SIM to enable LTE. The Sim upgrade is free and can be obtained at Blue Cube Sunway/Menara Celcom starting today.

I think at the moment, they focussed on Klang Valley only. Maybe later will update to another blue cubes across the country.
