Make sure it's charging via AC and not USB when plugged in. To check, go to Settings and select Battery. While charging, make sure it's under AC. If it's charging via USB, it will take a longer period. Mine has this issue too, yet to change it at the SC, too lazy  |

I dropped my SGS2 least than a feet high and it broke not only the glass but LCD as well . And it was protected with hard case . |

Since Samsung has shown us the teardown, why don't they do a promo stunt and perform the 23 storey drop test with an Otterbox Defender like that youtube video....even if it's 6 floors, it should prove well enough for both Otterbox AND Note2.
