Where should I buy ? Lowyat or Online or other cheaper & trusted ? (I don't want bundles with telco package)

How long is the warranty ?

What else should I know before buying this device ?

Btw, I need buy original one & I won't doing those jailbroken stuff on it

Hi All

Just received a news that purchases at 21 shopping malls (eg. Mid Valley, Curve, Paradigm, etc.) using Maybank Amex Credit Card can CashBack 15%.

If I buy this Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (SME) in RM2,299, 15% would be RM344.85.
But maximum for a principal account can CashBack is RM300.

So, RM2,299 - RM300 would be RM1,999

In the terms, it said any shop (excluding supermarket & hotel) inside the shopping mall is eligible.

I'm in doubt what shop inside the shopping mall sell this Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (SME) unit, excluding Telcos.

Any comments ? I hope can buy this Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (SME) cheaper & got CashBack RM300 too.

Normally Samsung Smartphone types before this, when are they going to reduce the price or price drop from the released price of RM2,299 ?
3-months ? 6-months ? 1-Year ?

Since now already 2-months they launch, dunno when they will do the 1st drop price for SME unit ?

I only see directd and ExpressFon selling around RM 150 lower than RRP (RM2,299).

Will all the SEP (Samsung Elite Partners) listed in the Samsung FB page selling RRP (RM2,299) also ?

Nowadays, do buying a smartphone got free memory card one ? If yes, normally what capacity can get ?

Decided to get uMobile U88 package to bundle this phone

and went uMobile at Pyramid, they said NO STOCKS! ...
All uMobile Store also NO STOCKS!

I am not eligible as Maxis One Club member (monthly bill at least RM150)
Is there anyone not a Maxis One Club but succeeded to get the promo at RM999 per device ?

Hi, I don't mind pay advance payment of RM1000.
I called Maxis to ask about it but they just simply say if I am not member, then I cannot take the promo...

Can someone guide me how to get the promo if non member by paying advance payment?

I can save another RM300 for the device, so is (999 - 300 = RM699) for this galaxy note 2, I use may bank Amex card got promo now can get 15% cash back lo...

Don't think so. I already surveyed and calculate many times, still the Maxis MOC RM999 suit and save more.
Also can take Umobile U88 but their coverage change to edge very slow while I am typing here using their prepaid.

the expiry date of 31 December 2012 applies to those MOC Member can waive the advance payment only.
