U didnt suffer the SOD ( screen of death ) on redpill ? I kena a few times , went back to perseus . I gotta agree , redpill is much better . At least gallery dont lag when u r opening it on redpill .

any good quality flip case with top and bottom part also covered & protected?

Hunting so long, most flip case without top and bottom covered. Just to
buy 'insurance' for incase drop the phone.

things are slightly speedier nad gallery doesn't lag, at all.. perseus fixes this and i'm back on it

in my case, opening the gallery in whatsapp to select a photo to send would take a very long while, i think more than 10 seconds which by then i will have closed the gallery (home button)

doesn't happen in redpill. only on stock and perseus for monx rom

weird, i'm on monx with perseus, tested but no such issue

no lag here with omega 9.1 with perseus...

some users on monx already mentioned IIRC.

i also don't know what is happening and since i'm no programmer, i can't dig in and find out why.. hmmm

for perseus kernel the only warning i would give to users would be BECAREFUL with those UV setting... i wasted my whole last night to bring the phone up and running due to too much UV...

I'm also on Monx with perseus yet I do suffer lag most of the time ...... Not as bad as 10 sec but around 3-5 sec mostly . Maybe cuz I got a lot of photos inside especially whatsapp photos , like almost 2k

i think its down to individual devices this time, proof that not everything works the same for everyone...

my lag was extremely bad, so bad i just rebooted the whole phone.

come to think of it, i have SOD, but only when i hot boot.

If you have problem with too much UV and cannot boot up, just go into recovery/download mode and flash stock kernel (which cannot UV) Then the phone will boot so just go clear whatever app you use for UVing. Dun need whole whole night.

I DO get SOD once in a while. stock rom + perseus 29a. mostly occur during my working time (during sleep mode) where the blue led juz keep blinking and i need to reboot it.
