I was surprised I saw this name in dispute thread, I deal with this guy before in his PSN business 2 times and never got problem. He is quite efficient. I even ask him to help find my id & password when I lost my login id, he is helpful.

I have some question for all tashfinsheikh customer..
Since you all bound by a contract..
In case the company shut down/change to another telco..
What will happen to your acc??
As I know maxis never authorized the company to sell out this plan to a normal user..
This plan a only design for the company staff usage..
In my opinion that's why this plan is under corporate/business account..

i donno why tash will take so long..i deal with tash wait 2 month no sim and update and lost my rm 300...then i paid to my fren on 20 dec..today 26 dec i get my sim already..Attached Image

Details of the complaint : i have paid him for more than 1 month already. But has not received the service till today  vmad.gif . He wrote in his thread that : Estimated delivery times :- 7-14 working days for sim and 1 or 2 weeks for phone . he keep giving excuses like im monitoring your case la, make your case first priority la, maxis now hard to approve new application, etc.

Despite all those excuses, i still has trust in him. that is why i give a LOT of time for him to settle my case. Last week however i call maxis ( number is given by tashfinsheikh himself) to confirm my application for the service ( standard procedure according to him ). When i call maxis, they said the promotion has closed and cannot process my application.
I proceed to ask maxis whether they have take the payment. They said they payment is still with dealer ( tashfinsheikh ).

i pm him regarding what maxis said and ask for refund. But he never replied me after that.  doh.gif

TL:dr : tashfinsheikh , i have give a lot of time for you to solve my case, but still the problem is not solve. Now i kindly request for you to refund my money.. That is all i ask..tq  sad.gif

Already chat with maxis customer service, they say already delivered the phone.
Maxis will call me for detail as maxis didnt stated in chat where are they sending the phone.

sign up the 2yrs contract few months back with him, got the simcard pretty fast (Thanks god), but the free Corby 2 still missing ever since... sad.gif

Call up Maxis, and they say the phone already sent out months ago.... address sent is somewhere in Penang. sad.gif

More indication this guy has already planned this all along, months ago in fact. According to few forummers here the guy is residing in Penang.

So it's currently safe to assume tash sent the phone to himself using his customer's money. hmm.gif

Im scared he got the HP and sell to other customer. BTW, anyone know "S TWO MOBILE ENTERPRISE" in Kompleks Bukit Jambul? Just check my 2nd SIM Card Bill, someone already use to call to this shop/person. maybe related to Tash?

Also I found this. His name, Contact & COmpany address. Not sure still work with this company or not.

In the Maxis Corporate Individual/Sme Individual registration form, on part E. Sim card and device delivery details, I've written my home address. Therefore Maxis should have sent the phone to my home instead to TS office?

I remembered that TS called me once and told me if Maxis called and verify the phone delivery address, tell them to deliver to his office and then he will resend back to me, else it will be rejected. Sounds fishy. But Maxis didn't call me yet.
