The red dot comes with new bootloader..not because of CWM though both CWM or touch recovery or TriangleAway allso will trigger it if your phone using new bootloader.

I dont really know which batch or what firmware bring in that new bootloader. Mostly it comes together with FOTA updates.
I think it started with Jellybean...ICS should be using the old bootloader.

It also can comes when new firmwares release later on.
That's why i put a link to old bootloader..just in case new firmwares (exp..4.1.2) have new bootloader in it.
All we need to do is flash the old bootloader in PDA via PC Odin only. It cannot be done via MobileOdin

ALL phones that using Exynos 4 is open to harmful apps/attack.
Supercurio just release a temporary fix in this. The fix might break S3 back camera but we can always disable the fix whenever we want to use our camera.
Fix can be use by both root and un-rooted phone.

for checking like my pics..you can install Exynos mem-bugs Checker app free from market though it was not necessary as all phones that use Exynos 4 confirms have the bugs.

I strongly advice all SGS3 user to install Voodoo Exynos temporary fix while waiting for Samsung to issue its security patch.

nope..my phone front and back camera works just fine even with the fix enable. But like the discription stated..it might break certain back camera..maybe that mean for certain camera version only

Yes..doesn't matter whether your phone rooted or not.
The loophole was caused by Samsung kernel designer mistake..i think. And it effect all Exynos 4 processor phones.

Security..any hacker or dev can use apps to go straight into your phone system admin.

G version doesn't use Exynos la bro.
That loophole made it possible for Chainfire to release that app for easy rooting without need of PC.

Chainfire one if you wanna easy root without need using PC.
Supercurio one to block that loophole from any bad exploits.
