What is the best way to perform full backup of Note 2? Full backup as in complete backup of all user files & settings. Backup can be either to MicroSD or PC or Mac.

don't trust 100% on those backup especially the system setting backup as most of the time it will simply mess up your newly updated firmware...

use nandroid backup. Of coz, you must first root it.

I use screen off and lock OR intelli cover with my flip case.

intelli cover no good... it make your approx sensor on all the time...

Smart Phone must be smart. sacrifice the sensor. If you use Samsung motion like quick glance sensor will be on also.

Mine after update the phone now keep restarting and shutting down on its own..

Don't panic, follow the step below:
1) Take out the battery!
2) Wait for 10s
3)Put it in
4) Press Volume UP + Home + Power and wait for 2 times the Word (Something like N7100) appear
5) Use volume up and down to navigate and power button to select.
6) Select Clear data/factory reset.

Should be able to solve the problem

anyone here uses usb OTG? i think usbstorageunmountter bug(endless wakelock) is still present...im using stock rom though with unmodded system ui

anyone having the the bug with custom rom? any input is very much appreciated

update: i read that it presents in almost all samsung devices. the service is activated when u unmount usb from the pulldown notification. however this will not occur if u unmount usb in settings>storage or just yank out the usb
