What is the best way to perform full backup of Note 2? Full backup as in complete backup of all user files & settings. Backup can be either to MicroSD or PC or Mac.

hi, I'm the first time android user here. Engadget posted v4.1.2 is available now, but Kies says that v4.1.1 is the latest version, does it mean v4.1.2 is not available to malaysia yet?
