By far nearest to MRT compared to Ara G & the V. But nothing beats the low cost flat's distance to the station la. I wonder it will appreciate to smile.gif

A taxi driver once told me, the low cost occupancy will be relocated to the newly completed low cost apartments beside Tmn Kelana Jaya some 500m away. Any truth in this?

With tht type of pricing & it's freehold, frankly I'd be worried.

The pricing for psf eventho it's leasehold is considered good for a SHC project.

Those people from the mentioned project are very active in these forums. Dont think they take criticism very well.

As for your landed property, u all should apply for fenced & guarded since there are so many crime cases in your area. Do u guys have RA? Compile police reports & apply to the authorities (MBPJ/DBKL/MBSA/MBSJ). Residence have to fork out extra money to build it though once approved. But better than someone being robbed every week.
