Tht piece of land is bought from Puncakdana, me thinks.

Its Leasehold land like PSK, PNK, Citta Mall... and now the SHC Condo.

Slack la buying & selling leasehold props. Land office work at a snail pace.

Nova Saujana is service apartments beside noisy and congested airport road while SHC project is condominium some distance away from it.

SHC's project is located at a quieter area for sure if Urbana is just beside the traffic lights...

But at d moment, not much to compare with. Cant wait to see some designs & flr plans.

If not mistaken, Oasis Corp Park is a "Mix development". It consists of hotel, offices, retails shops & serviced suites all in single place.

While Ara Green, SHC Residence, Urbana & The Verde r developed exclusively as residential. Different.

On d other hand, Oasis Sq serviced appartments dont get much talk about either.

I think it should b Puncakdana's. And I also think Puncakdana has moved. Their office used to be beside PSK. Now it's gonna be hoarded up.

From d satelite pic u attached, Urbana isnt very big at all.

SHC's project is confirmed between Citta & school. No need further confirmation from developer on this.

But Urbana, where exactly isit??
