Its a ridiculous price. As if Ara D'sara is so luxurious. There's nothing to tht level around it to demand such pricing... Might only consider if under RM750psf.

Property prices goes up, but subsale market is going down. Been very slow & quiet since Nov... Wonder how many more months b4 showing signs of picking up.
