no update

the land was sold about 150psf. guess the breakeven point should be RM600-700psf.

Just got a called from SHC Staff and the below what she told me.. just sharing.


Area - 750 - 1800 sq feet
Block - 7 blocks
Total units - 700 - 800 units
Price Per Sq ft - RM650 - RM700 psf
Land Area - 7 acres
Est Launching - 4 Quarter 2013
Land title - leasehold

7 blocks is pretty high density. So cheapest entry is 750sq ft * RM700 = RM525k

And extended to Q4 only launching?
