Trust me, after owning a car for a while, it will become the car with the worst NVH to you because suddenly other cars are better tongue.gif

Yup, you are right. Thats why soundproof can be endless, becos once get use to it, the effect is loss, and will pursue for more and more.

Sometimes go to drive so old car and then get back to our car is the best way to cheat our self.

Ady said so damn many time, wet spakplak lok. Dun understand cantonese ar? Soli I mean England laugh.gif If crank kenot start

DO NOT TURN THE KEY TO OFF!!! JUST LEAVE IT AT ON, REST AWHILE THEN RECRANK AGAIN!!!!

If kenot stat, you go turn off key, then turn on again "TEEEET", inject somemore fuel, again kenot start. Turn off again, turn on again "TEEEEET" inject somemore doh.gif  doh.gif  doh.gif Your spakplak wet lan dou.... shakehead.gif

U see u wanna believe or not lar. If dun wanto believe I also dun force geh. If ask other mechs, most probably they tell u stater plobrem lar, this rosak lar that rosak lar. So just go ahead and do lor. Who knows may be they're right leh rolleyes.gif Oh on the side note, if you have a dead rat inside ur intake airbox, hard to crank start is in-eminent liao. But then your car oso no pickup at the same time lar.
*
Aiya, if u all still remember my case few weeks ago, is exactly the same...my mechanic also said the same thing, he crank for a minutes before engine started finally, imagine if the batt is not in good condition, 1 minutes will enough to drain the battery into dead mode.

YAB David, did u change ur signal lamp to led adi? i just got the info from seller, some car turning lamp circuit will misdetect LED as broken bulb and flashing same as faulty bulb, due to LED current consumption is lower than halogen bulb, and the circuit will assume "discontinuity" occur.

Signal blink veli the fast sleep.gif but if put hazard signal no problem go wor doh.gif still trying to find solution sweat.gif
*
Becos when put hazard light, all led is ON, so the current consumption is over the detect threshold, if just either side it might not enough. sweat.gif

Our car IINM is using thermal flasher, means depends on load resistance (current flow through) to heat up the heater element in the relay and make a constant contact-disconnect repeatedly, so the blink frequency is not determine by C, but R and heater sensitivity.

We can replace current circuit to electronic RC circuit, which will not affected by load resistance, but the downside is you won't know which bulb is malfunction.

davidke20, coolkwc & mengsuan,

Regarding the fast blinking of signal after changing to LED bulb, do you guys think those canbus error free LEDs will resolve this problem?

Canbus Error Free LED Bulbs

The main purpose for LED not only it blink cool, it also helps to reduce power consumption.

Those error free LED is quite meaningless as it actually drain most of the power to ground so it helps to maintain power consumption.

So this kind of LED will resolve the fast blinking effect but the downside is it won't reduce the power consumption as LED suppose to. Am I rite?
*
From the desciption, i only saw those LED only bypass the onboard circuit checking. My guess those high end car blinking is electronic flasher, so it has separate module to detect faulty bulb, unlike our car, use thermal relay for flasher, so bulb load will directly affect the blink frequency.

So i'm not sure can solve or not in our car. Somemore the price will be very high, not worth IMO.

Never expect such big improvement for just a 2 point bar on stock R13. Purposely go to the corner that i went through everyday, increase speed with reduced body roll. But i won't increase speed on normal driving la, just it reduce body roll so increase confident of driver and passenger as well. wub.gif
