darkimp,
biggrin.gif can can, I keep the iMac ok? just kidding, if you really need help, my PM inbox is always open. What to do, ppl always say PC user mod PC, Mac user mai mod mac lor.

For those that wanna try this, you will need:
- Color laser printer
- Printable transparency (suitable for laserjet)
- Torx 7 screw-driver

First, do a test print on paper. makesure the size is ok. Then print on the transparency. You might have to adjust the darkness so it wont look too bright when backlit is on. Then you have to open your LCD case, 4 torx screw, some gentle plying. You will see the inner part of the LCD. Cut and stick the printed transparency right behind the logo. Put the case back. Done.

Don't be too sure. Dust will still get in from the gap. But yeah, at lease it wont turn yellow. Do you have problem when you close the MB, the silicon protector left stain/marking on your LCD?

Nit,

you might want to check this thread for others' input: http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/675433

It seems that RM1400-1500 is the usual price. For RM800, you might want to check if that's the price for a used unit or brand new with warranty.

Alternately, when boot-up, hold the "option" key. In the menu where you select what drive to boot from, press F12. After the disc ejected, select your drive to start OS X.

Or the mod trying to merge both??
