people, i got one issue here.
after few days of using the magic mouse, i found out that in the middle of the night, my uMB will auto wake up awhile and sleep back even my mouse is turned off. how i know it auto wake up b4? cuz i see alot people left msgs for me at msg at midnights. are u guys facing the same thing? and 2.5days usage(12hrs+ in exact), 1% battery gone. Added on January 23, 2010, 1:35 pmone more thing i'm thinking.. since steve can make the macbooks and macbook pros and iphones with inbuilt battery and chargeable... why not the magic mouse? i believe they can do it. Because when you have an iMac, you only have the Magic Mouse and when that runs out, its nice that you can just pop in fresh batteries.
Charging with the wires kinda defeats the purpose of having a wireless mouse, no? |

Rechargeable batteries are more advanced now. A pair of NiMH AA's can last as much as 1000 alkalines, they are recyclable and best of all you don't need to be stuck with an inbuilt battery soldered to the mouse.

That will definitely making a "not cheap" muse cost even more and more things to bundle and resell later. Marketing and finance department says "NO".
