QUOTE(laith @ Apr 15 2014, 06:37 PM) It does not have such risk when you are not the type of greedy and dream for sky returns in Forex. Forex Industry actually are not that kind of risky investment, it is just because of those so called trader who provide some dream to their investor. Even you walk in to Bank and give your hard earned money to them as FD or Unit Trust or bla bla bla, a return of 8% maybe, they are still doing the same thing putting in Forex also. It is the matter of how you count the maths to control on risk. Just my point of view. |

QUOTE(laith @ Apr 14 2014, 12:05 AM) It is absolutely wrong when you think Stock Market is more risky than Forex. Why say so? It is easy to manipulate a listed company because they are capped with a figures according on their limited assets value and equities. According to 2013 figures, Forex Daily Turnover has reaches up to USD 5.3 Trillion. It is the matter of how you do the Money and Risk Management to make assumption on the risk, not the product.Just my point of view. |

QUOTE(Kaka23 @ Apr 26 2014, 10:11 PM) I have went through 12 years in Financial Field. On my mid of 20s, I loss my 1st MYR 100k to the stupid manipulation of Stock Market. By that time, there are still something like 1st Board and 2nd Board. Not sure about now, because I swear I will never touch those damn Stock Market again. It is just some rich people game, except you just invest your money at those maybe PBB, MAYBANK, GENTING, AIRASIA, AEON, other than that just get the fxck off from the game.Back to question. I do more on Financial Industries now. Forex is one of my main income. I am a signal provider on a worldwide well known website, managing fund, funder to really capable trader. Other also almost same, and all related to Forex Market too. |

My target is a 5 years investment with roi around 80% - 90%. I humbly ask for any advice or opinion. Thank You Very Much. |

QUOTE(aka_sakabato @ Apr 28 2014, 12:58 PM) bcos... invested RM 12500 x 7% = RM 875 in it, 40% FD at RM 5000 at 3.3% pa BEST (RM 165) RM 875 - RM 165 = RM 710 60% UT at RM 7500 needed to generate RM 710 is about 9% average. out of this 60%...26% of it (Cimb Islamic Enhanced sukuk) is historically generated about 5.3%p.a 26% of RM 7500 = RM 2000 is at 5.3%pa. = RM 106 RM 710 - RM 106 = RM 604 is to be generated by a returns from 34% UT (RM 5500) which would be about 10.6% pa check out the historical performance trends of the other funds in yr intended portfolio to see how it goes. BUT it can go both ways...past performance MAY not guarantee of future performance. This post has been edited by yklooi: Apr 29 2014, 09:13 AM |

QUOTE(wodenus @ May 3 2014, 10:13 AM) The risk is not in the markets but the companies... lots of complaints about claims not being honored. Probably I should agree that. But 1 scenario always occurs. When all those speculations says the market are very hot with put money and take money statement, that's the time you should go away. If you notice, every moment just before market crash usually full of excellent news to lure in those citizen investor no matter on Business News, Magazine or even Newspaper. I don't know whether you guys play or heard about "JENGA" game before. To me, Stock Market no difference with this kind of game. The Rich People put some money 1st to create whenever stories or picture to let those small investor start pulling some stick to put it on top (meaning price are going higher and higher). So once the stick below are getting lesser and lesser, that means it is ready to collapse. What happen next? I think not need me to explain. Probably you can have some entertainment and education on TVB DRAMA SERIES (The Money-Maker Recipes) back couple years ago by those Hongkies. It is just the same story in True Life Stock Market.
