Any wrist shot?
How bulky is the side profile?
*
it feels a little thicker compared to 6900 series, somewhat similar to X-Large series like the GD-100 & GA-110

*sorry bad picture sweat.gif

as for size comparison, from left, GA-110HC-1, GR-7900KG-3 and G-7800B-1. ignore the date, this is an old pic laugh.gif

how to spot them? i mean like the common "symptoms".
*
mainly quality issues, some got fake dials (dial just for show, not really functioning), cheap-feel material

some have colours that's not even in Casio's catalogue laugh.gif

Hello guys.

Would like to ask regards band replacement.
Any suggestion where i can get it?
Here's my old watch model.

GS  G-5600E
*
your G is pretty much a generic model so the straps and bezel are not that hard to find. drop by to any G-Factory to get them, and if I recall correctly the Fahrenheit88 branch do have some ready stock

Hi all,

Is there any chances I can get DW6900 bezel immediately in Klang Valley. Mine just broke yesterday. Currently I found someone sells the bezel in Amazon.com. But got problem with the address where it said " We're sorry. This item can't be shipped to your selected destination. You may either change the shipping address or delete the item from your order."
*
you might want to check G-Factory in Fahrenheit88. I've seen there are some 6900 bezel and straps available in-stock but that was like a couple of months ago. also they only have the basic one, no fancy colours

Hi all, pretty new in G Shock. Was just wondering if this model G-SHOCK GD-110-1 good?
*
any G-Shock is good yo brows.gif

that is, unless, you're looking for a certain specific function, colour or price range.

the GD-110 got all the basic function of a digital watch. should be ok I guess, if you're fine with the negative display

Actually I bought one over the weekend, but it's not black. It's turqoise, suddenly thought that it might not be as appropriate for everyday wear during work.
*
you mean this GD-110-2? look ok to me hmm.gif

why g-factory in KL doesn't have discount for g-shock? while other shop got discount like 20%
*
sometimes the "discounted price" is from an already marked-up price brows.gif

so what you end up paying was actually the should-be retail price

which model is the cheapest g-shock and where to get it? thanks
*
you can easily find any basic models from the DW-5600 or DW-6900 series in the range of RM200-250

"basic" as in basic colour which is black. coloured ones are priced higher, depends on releases/editions

It will be my favorite G-shock for now... smile.gif

Edit: even Japan version but it was made in Thailand.

not sure if this is new but recently I notice city chain is selling gshocks (maybe more prominently displayed)
*
City Chain has been taking in G-Shocks for quite some time already, but if not mistaken they only took in G-Shocks and Baby-Gs, no other Casio models like Edifice, Protrek etc.

correct me if I'm wrong

They sold G-Shocks, then stopped for a couple of years. From your post, I guess they started selling again.
*
I've seen them selling G-Shocks, and did notice they stopped for a while like more than a year ago but recently I've seen they're bringing them back again on their shelves
