Wont recommend doing SLI unless you are really wanted to.

Stock cooler is enough to handle your usage, unless u plan to do overclocking on cpu.
If plan to do SLI, u need a better mobo that cost a bit more. For most latest games on market, GTX670 or GTX680 handle them without a sweat

At your budge range for doing SLI, perhaps 2x GTX660.

Yes, will need to upgrade to better mobo and psu. Expect to over your budget around RM200.

Should've gone to the keyboard or mouse thread for this but at that budget your best bet is the Logitech G100 desktop combo.. should be a good entry level gaming KB+Mouse set

2. Purpose: Programming, multimedia presentation, downloading and other normal office works
