Congratz on V2 been a long time coming QUOTE(keropi88 @ Nov 23 2012, 10:15 PM) very nervous, going to lowyat tomorrow to buy my rig ! any last advice to me ? is it weird if i pay rm 1k in cash ... how much discount i can expect if i get a whole bundle from them ? (CPU+mobo+RAM+case) not weird at all, lotsa ppl pay cash to get good discounts, it's up to the individual's ability as to how much of a discount though, if you're bold enough then you might get more good luck!

QUOTE(WiLeKiyO @ Nov 26 2012, 04:24 PM) *out topic for a while http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16820104360Kingston HyperX Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model KHX16C9B1BK2/8X 25.99 * 3.1 = RM80 + RM25 postage. Is this a good deal ? Or a value ram is sufficiency for a gaming rig ? Value RAM is good enough actually.. currently selling for RM57 a piece for DDR3 1333Mhz.. save your $$$ for something else cause RAM speed will not yield significant performance for normal usage

QUOTE(WiLeKiyO @ Nov 26 2012, 04:42 PM) But the RAM looks so a$$ kicking. Better stop viewing newegg deal. Poison a lot. UPDATE: Received the invoice from newegg, RM102.50. It's cheaper than value RAM. Should I buy it ? if it's cheaper then might as well

QUOTE(Nyanmaru @ Dec 4 2012, 03:08 AM) guys..im wondering..will sapphire hd 7950 be enuf or is it worthy to put some money msi gtx 660 twin frozr.the money diff is only rm1++ and people say msi gtx660 is a superior card.what do you all think? That'll depends on what games youre running on, both cards perform similarly depending on what games is played so it's up to you really, if you want that TFIII look and the extra 1 year warranty then go MSI... if you have other plans for that extra RM100 go Sapphire

QUOTE(Cable707 @ Dec 12 2012, 01:12 PM) You can consider : Bitfenix Prodigy as a chassis at RM269.. Seasonic M12 II 620W PSU at RM349 Dell Ultrasharp U2312HM monitor at RM589 Total - RM1207.It is RM100 more than your remaining budget.Or else, you can pick Enermax NAXN 550W for only RM215. +1, I strongly agree on the chassis & PSU monitor up to you! lol

QUOTE(limyenjun @ Dec 12 2012, 02:36 PM) Thanks guys! But can anyone provide link to recommended seller? I'm going to PJ and might travel to Low Yat real soon. PJ can consider lotsa sellers like cyntrixtech (PM him) otherwise can try Digital Mall.. LYP can go for Viewnet or Cycom but other shops are ok too depending on how good your haggling skills are

QUOTE(1qaz1qaz @ Dec 15 2012, 07:51 AM) possible getting i5?? and better gpu?? IMHO the build is solid already for your budget, unless you add more $$$, it is not possible to up another spec without sacrificing other components

QUOTE(hmwgbworld @ Jan 8 2013, 06:30 PM) How about a Seasonic G Series 550W 80+ Gold PSU? Cost about RM359. Fully Modular and more silent. Correction bro, its a semi modular unit.. but its better that way IMHO, not that you'd never needed the 24-pin abd 4/8-eps
