Thanks for the quick reply!

Hmm... some questions :
- Why the MSI B75A-G43? I was thinking Asrock Z77 Extreme4 or if budget doesn't fit, then the Asrock Pro3 should do
- Is there anything that can be reduced? Because the HDD isn't enough really. I need at least 3TB. Would prefer 2x2TB though

- Bcoz Z77 has the OC features and Xeon's won't be able to utilize those features and that means wasted.Only got extra sata ports that might be useful..
- Depends.Wanna go large?can consider Caviar red 2TB at RM370.U can change the monitor to a smaller one like Dell U2312HM at RM569-589

I see... That's true.

Wah, HDD still that expensive huh... Hmm... I MAY need to lower the GPU if all else fails. I really need at least 3TB though

I forgot to mention, is the Acer monitor you mentioned the correct name? Couldn't google it. It was Acer HS2440HQ

Just google for malaysia's hardware pricing

Or head to jayacom, viewnet or all IT website for their respective pricelist

Or check out the Garage Sales sellers like lingloong, CyntrixTech, zhen^wei etc for their pricing too

Just add 120GB SSD for RM300 as primary drive.

But I rather spend the RM300 to get better card.

You pick your choice for your extra budget.

Faster game loading speed, or better performance on gaming.

Well, I would but since I don't know if the pricing is updated or not. Cable707 just replied very fast as if he has the brochure on his computer or something. That's why I wanted to know where he got his price from

But I can't google it. Can you make sure the name is right? Unless the seller himself put it wrongly.
Anyway, 3D is an overkill. I would never (probably) game on 3D. Even watching movies on 3D hurts my eyes

Another question. Is it recommended that I drop SSD to get 2x2TB? If you need to refer my recommended build, it's in the page before. I want to get the SSD, buthaving a HDD of 4TB is A MUST.

anything else is based on Garage Sales seller's pricelist

mostly are very up to date as hardware prices changes often
