Both processor and graphic card are important. You just need to balance both of them in your pc to avoid any bottleneck issue.

EDIT:
Option 1 is without discrete GPU, which means it doesnt have good perf in gaming as its using Intel HD 2500 only which is at best good for flash gaming or old games

MSI B75MA-P45 come with 1x Sata3 only and 5x Sata2.
can consider Asrock B75 Pro3-M which same price but got 3x Sata3 and 5x Sata 2

if 7870 why dont take Sapphire HD7870XT with Boost RM769. both has almost the same price but better performance...
