Stock cooler is enough to handle your usage, unless u plan to do overclocking on cpu.
If plan to do SLI, u need a better mobo that cost a bit more. For most latest games on market, GTX670 or GTX680 handle them without a sweat

At your budge range for doing SLI, perhaps 2x GTX660.

Yes, will need to upgrade to better mobo and psu. Expect to over your budget around RM200.

Budget is over abit, Perhaps changing HDD to 500gb for saving around RM40

Maybe your cables are laying around with mess and thus blocking the airflow inside the case.
As they suggested changing to a better chasis only improve very little.
For example, I changed from CM Elite 310 to Corsair 600T only get 1-2°C drop in temp.

Maybe u just reduce some budget on mobo and casing can achieve the budget u set.
Let's say use a MSI B75MA-P45 mobo RM229 and pick a Casing around RM150+

Edit: Dell U2312HM is 23" with 1080p resolution, which is better than the 20" one with 1600 x 900p resolution. The price different between these two models are around RM250.

Both psu are sufficient for pc with single graphic card usage.
You can get 80+ gold if u want a good one, like seasonic G series 550W cost around RM359.

Nope, he means higher end graphic cards need more power. Such as 7950, 7970 or gtx670, 680.

Compare to latest cards available now, its not a decent, but still good enough card.
